ReadUInt16() Method (ImageFileSource)

Reads a 16-bit unsigned integer from the stream of the image file using encoding of this ImageFileSource and advances the position of the stream by two bytes.

Remarks

Encoding (little-endian, big-endian or something else) of the ImageFileSource can be set using ToUInt16 methods.
